General Interview Information
Length of Process
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online and in a few weeks was asked to set up a phone interview. Had the phone interview with an analyst that went half an hour to 45 minutes. Basic behavioral questions and some technicals (walkthrough financial statements, ratios, valuation techniques). About a week after the phone interview I got invited to a superday. Six interviews with either one or two analysts/director. Mostly behavioral questions with a few interviews quizzing on technicals. Behavioral questions were things about the job hours, your interest in the sector, your interest in ER, and others like that. Technical questions were mostly on simple valuation and accounting topics. Most of the time consisted of talking about your experience and work with coverage area. Thought everything went well, but I did not receive an offer. The process took about two months from applying to my last contact with the group.
