Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initial phone interview with Sr. Associate Analyst lasted ~30min. She then followed up with an offer for a phone interview with the Sr. Analyst. Spoke for ~60min. Then came skills tests -- given earnings release and previous model for two different companies under their coverage. Had to update model with historicals and write a one page earnings overview.
