1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process was frustrating. They definitely prioritize diversity and inclusion. They hire as they interview. I was in contact with HR pretty early on and was told I'd get an interview however it took 3 weeks before I was given one. I also already knew 2 people who received offers before given the interview. Process is one interview and then 2interviews for superday.
