Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied on their website and had no outside referrals or contacts. Was surprised I got an interview but I am female so that may have helped. Joining a team with no other females currently. I interviewed by phone with a recruiter that was very friendly, and then via zoom with the MD. MD introduced me to the rest of the team directly and got an offer within 6 days. Spoke to a total of 7 people. No technical questions or case was completed. Very straight forward.
