5 one on one interviews with senior bankers at Raymond James' office in Manhattan - only a day trip and no other interaction. Applied via my school's online tool and was fast-tracked to a superday with no phone screen, etc. Overall it was neutral experience as most of the interviewers seemed disinterested in the process but nothing was too difficult. Only really connected with one interviewer who didn't follow the traditional script of questions like 2 strengths/weaknesses, etc. Overall my impression was that these were career bankers in a niche product and not really the most engaging personalities. Honestly a blessing in disguise as I was not really hot on the personalities and the very specific nature of the group's work.
