Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Two of the lead recruiters interviewed me at once. It was a rather straightforward first round interview with mostly background/fit (walk me through your resume, why did you go to school at XYZ University, what do you like to do for fun) with some basic technical questions (CAPM, 3-statement modeling). Overall good experience, great group of guys in Houston.
