After applying, I got a Hirevue invite with a week or two; I proceeded to complete that, it was 6 or 7 questions long, 2 minutes to answer a majority of the questions with multiple attempts. Half were personality questions other half were situational questions. After 3-4 weeks, I was contacted via email to have a phone interview. The phone interview was with an MD, reasonably casual, lots of personality questions, a few technical/situational. They asked about the previous experience on my resume.
