Please describe the interview / hiring process.
An analyst passed along my resume in December. I was contacted in January about scheduling a phone interview for the first round. Heard back roughly two weeks later. It turns out I was not qualified due to my year in school, but the second round was to be held in Chicago. Roughly 13 people received first round interviews, I believe 5 were selected for second round interviews. Interviewers were friendly enough, but at the end of the day bankers. Be sure and know your stuff- particularly why Raymond James.
