The interview process began through on-campus recruiting. I would characterize my entire process as very fit-oriented. The company is headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida and extends a 3-year analyst offer. The interview process really gauges your interest in the firm, the location, your long-term career goals and your intentions on staying on for the entire 3 years. The interviews were not very technical, but you're expected to understand the basics (especially if you have a finance background or experience). Relative to the typical NYC-domiciled bulge bracket banks, your lifestyle and pay will be golden. Lean deal teams and you're really given the opportunity to step up if you express interest.
