Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First there was an on campus interview with many technical questions. Basically all straight from the M&I handbook. They did ask a couple of questions to make sure you weren't just reciting information, but rather actually understood what you were talking about. There was a Manager and a 1st year in the interview. Then phone interview with a particular office. Then a super day at the office location for a particular group. All behavioral questions.
