Investment Banking Analyst intern

I did a phone interview in place of on campus interviewing simply because of the timing, got an offer to the superday afterwards. The interview was fairly low pressure, since the interviewer assumed after a few questions that I was qualified, given my answers and finance background. The superday was about 5-6 candidates, they ended up giving one offer. All very informal, just trying to find a candidate who "fit" the office. Some interviewers were tougher than others, those that were more discriminating really wanted to find somebody who knew finance, would work hard, would be happy in Atlanta, and who got along with the office, given that there were only a few bankers. I accepted the offer and came on as an intern.
