Investment Banking Summer Analyst

I applied online through their website, and was invited for a 2 on 1 zoom interview with an analyst and a VP. They asked a mix of technical and behavioral questions, and the technicals were group specific, as this process was for the FIG group in Tampa. I was then invited to an in person superday a few days later, and flown to Tampa. Everyone was great and they put me up in really nice accommodations. The superday consisted of 4 rooms: 2 MDs, 1 MD, an analyst, VP and associate, and then an excel test room. the MDs mainly did high level behavioral and procedural questions, and the VP room got in the technical weeds and asked situational questions, such as what you would do if you disagree with your MD. Overall, great people and were super nice about everything.
