Research Analyst

I applied to Raymond James via the StreetofWall website which required candidates to take a WSAT. I believe I scored fairly well on the test (90th%) and received the first phone call from HR for an interview. This initial interview was all behavior base and included a walk through of my resume and aspirations. Why Raymond James and why do I want to be an analyst. I was then setup for another phone interview with a senior analyst. This was more of a technical interview that consisted of walking him through the 3 financial statements and how they are linked, a walk through of a DCF model, and I also had to pitch a stock to him from a previous analyst. He wanted to see how I think qualitatively and what is my quantitative backing behind it. Both interview lasted about an hour. I was suppose to hear back from HR about a third in person interview according to the senior analyst which never happened. Guest they have reconsidered my qualifications. Never heard back from them again, even when I sent emails to inquire about feedback, etc.
