Summer Analyst - Investment Banking

I was unable to meet the initial interviewer during on campus recruiting due to a conflict, but I made contact with the recruiter and she set up a phone interview for the next day. There were some brief technical questions but mostly fit, and I got a superday offer an hour after the interview. I did the superday with about 4 other students a week and a half later, where I met most everyone in the office (small group) and the questions were all fit questions. Very nice accommodations for the superday, great dealflow and great people.
