Summer Investment Banking Analyst

Applied through school website and contacted a few alumni at the firm before the interview. Interview structure was 3 rounds; 2 phone interviews and a full super day on site. Had phone interviews with a 2nd year analyst and later a MD. Super day was mostly fit questions. I interviewed with every member of the group in 8-9 half hour long interviews. (From analyst all the way up to MD) Experience was positive; no one was trying to break you. RJ is concerned with finding the right people that fit in with their team.
