Interview
Relatively easy interview process. Consisted of three interviews

All three interviews were purely behavioural. Just have a passion in entering finance as the job is relatively admin heavy. They ask you why did you choose this major, why finance, tell me about a time when you took initiative... etc.

Management had a hard time choosing between several people and later revealed that I was hired because I sent a "thank you" letter.

Interview Questions
To be honest, nothing really unexpected or difficult. Was asked a lot about stuff that I had on my resume, past experiences, why I wanted to work at RBC, WM, etc, etc... I guess the most difficult part was getting asked about stuff I hadn't thought about in a while. If you're interviewing for a position like this you should be well read and know the news/ current events pretty well since that's a lot of what you'll be doing on the job. Definitely read about what's going on in the markets to ace the interview.
