Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online, invited to online situational test, numeracy test, and logical test. Contacted via email for assessment day, called to confirm. Assessment centre with 12 candidate total, consisted of case study and SWOT analysis, group exercise (groups of six split into two teams to debate pros and cons of keeping a client), technical interview (brainteasers, market sizing, valuation), competency interview, and presentation. All activities focused on the analysis of one company - we were given a PIB to work off of for the day (more information than can be digested in the timed sessions).
Got back to me within the week with decision.
