Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview and hiring processes were very casual, which was a good thing. There were no group interviews, IQ or intelligence testing, skills testing or personality testing. There were, however, backgrounds checks and drug tests, which they warned us about with more than enough time to make sure we can fit this stuff in. All in all, the position for which I interned may not have required the most rigorous interview process, but at the same time, there was absolutely no fit questions or technical questions, which was great because they would have been largely unnecessary.
