Group interview: you're a group of 6 people and each person has to study two topics and then present them to the group. At the end, you have to decide as a group which two topics are the most interesting. Tips: keep in mind the bank you're applying for core competencies (there's no point in selecting hybrid financing if the bank you're applying to has no experience in this area) as you'll ultimately be pitching those two topics to a md.
Presentation: you present individually the two topics to a fictionnal md who wants to be briefed on that client and what opportunities there is
Individual interview: classic competency based and a little bit of technical
