Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The RBC Interview had multiple rounds. The first round was quite technical. I was questioned initially all of the traditional capital market questions you could say. DCF Valuation, my knowledge of capital markets through discussion of recent events, and accounting-based questions. I was also asked to talk a lot about myself and my future goals (I mentioned to be CFA). I believe I got most questions right, some accounting ones were quite complex, and I got few wrong there.

However, I did make to the next round. This was a group interview, that asked about my knowledge of RBC itself. It was more application then knowledge based. Lastly, they asked questions that would essentially tell if I am the right fit. Situational questions were core.
