First of all, I had to fill in an online application. The form was quite straightforward, the only competency question I was asked was why RBS. After submitting my online form, I had to complete a personality/behavioural test. Yet again, quite straightforward test, similar to the ones asked by other companies. Next stage was numerical and logical reasoning tests. After successfully completed them I was invited to a telephone interview.
