Intern

I applied via my school's online career center with a resume and cover letter. I was given a first round interview for the following week in the morning. The interview was with a 1st year analyst that was an alumnus from my school. After the interview I received a call later that day to come a dinner being held the next evening off campus where my interviewer from earlier as well as some MDs would be there after flying down from Stamford. The dinner itself was elegant and relatively informal. Most of the night was spent talking over dinner allowing the MD who would be interviewing us the next morning to become better acquainted with our backgrounds and personalities. The people seemed genuine and relatively down to earth with the culture described mirroring that fact.
