Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interview process through on campus recruiting. Fairly straight forward summer intern process - Resume through school career center, HR phone screen, 1-1 interview with full time analyst, superday. Everyone was super nice and easy to convey your interest in finance even if you do not have tons of relevant experience. Ultimately did not get an offer, but was on the waitlist.
