Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Overall, a very smooth process. Got an e-mail about phone interview, superday the week after. Got an offer two weeks after superday. Took us out to a pre-superday dinner nearby Stamford office and paid for all traveling expenses. I kept in touch with HR and the MD because my friend got an offer few days after superday. I believed I was waitlisted as HR told me they were still trying to figure out their numbers for the summer. My friend rejected a day before I got the offer.
Interview itself was two back to back 1 on 1 interviews, one with an MD and one with VP. No technicals asked unless specified on resume and they wanted more explanation.
