What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Consisted of a phone screen and then a in-person interview. Phone screen was basic with the HR representative. On-site I must say it was a mixed review. They split interviewers into 2 groups of 3. One group I found to be quite friendly. The other group I found to be borderline offensive in their questioning and behavior. It almost seemed as though they themselves didn't think too highly of their jobs and the work they do.
