Operations Analyst

This was a bulk/group interview process. There were about 20 of us selected from the Tri state area and 20 selected from the rest of the United States. Each interview was conducted for about 20 minutes and we had two different set of interviewers. One group cared a lot about operations and what the definition of "operations" meant to us. The other group was asking about lifestyle and different sport I had played. The second group were most likely traders. They did not say in the interview.
