Spring Intern

The Spring Intern interview consisted of a first round of phone interviews, and a second assessment centre hosted on Warwick campus (they may not have sessions on all campuses). The phone interview was relatively straightforward, with basic motivation questions and discussion of some experiences mentioned in the resume. The assessment centre was split into two interviews, one being more similar to the phone interview, and the other being situational questions and problem solving. The situational questions are things like how one would react in a certain situation, for example if a colleague asked for help but you were busy, in an office context. Problem solving involved some basic arithmetic problems, as well as some logical questions - nothing too difficult or out of the ordinary. The experience was overall pretty straightforward.
