Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied on careers website, filled in my details and provided CV. No need for Cover letter. Then there are four stages before the assessment centre:
Stage 1: Situational Judgement Test (work-related scenarios). Untimed but takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.
Stage 2: Numerical reasoning test. Korn-Ferry style, timed test and takes 16 minutes to complete.
Stage 3: Logical reasoning test (determine outcomes and patterns). Timed test and takes 15 minutes to complete.
Stage 4: Video interview (HireVue style): show your capabilities and why you want to join the bank. Timed, takes approximately 40 minutes to complete.
