Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st step is an IQ test and then a real estate focused cognitive test. A screener call with HR follows this, basic behaviorals and a few general real estate knowledge questions. After this is a live case study, very much consulting style. They give you a scenario and expect you to break the problem down into pieces and explain your thought process. The expectation is that you clearly explain how you would structure a decision making process for a very broad objective. After this, there was another for interview with senior managers where they tested behaviorals and general fit. The offer follows the final meeting.
