The first round was an on-campus interview where I was interviewed by a school alumnus and an MD. The interviewers were mainly focused on behaviorals, but the last ten minutes or so were technical focused. None of the questions were very difficult, mainly just why Regions and the technical were all debt focused (i.e why and when would a company raise debt vs equity). The next round was a superday which consisted of being interviewed by 3 teams of 4 that were all made up from different coverage and product groups, which had a higher focus on technicals.

Interview
My interview process consisted of an on-campus scheduled interview in end of September/early October for a postion for the following summer (2024). If you were selected from that group you then moved on to a phone call/superday round. The on campus was focused on getting a select few from their target schools and the wider superday was with all offices and groups. Communication throughout the process was fairly easy. Interview itself was not hard at all, mostly your typical behaviorals. It was 3 employees and me, lasted 30 minutes. Know really well why Redions and be able to speak to the "why not just wall street" question. They were looking for people super interested in the firm and a longer-term career. I only interviewed for the CIB team but I believe all the groups an their process pretty much the same.

Interview
Before I applied, I networked with a couple Analysts and Associates at the firm. One of them told me to submit my application and let him know, since they do not have a official referral system in place at their Charlotte office. After submitting my application, I got a email 2-3 weeks later asking for an on campus interview for the first round. They had me drive up to a large feeder school to take a in person interview with a Corporate Banking and Capital Markets associate. Both Associates were interviewing me for their own super days, at the same time, which I thought was strange since I was under the impression it was a one on one. After the first round interview ended, it took another 1-2 weeks before I was selected to participate in the Corporate Banking super day, virtually. About a week before, they had all of the participants network with the interviewers virtually in chat rooms, but I was unable to make it due to technical reasons. Finally, during the super day I had 2 rounds of 30 minute interviews with three Vice presidents/Associates at a time. They questioned me about what location I would be interested in working at, along with which industry's interested me. They have CIB offices in Tennessee, Charlotte and Atlanta. Overall everyone was really pleasant to speak with, and I felt at ease the entire time. I received my offer the day after. The process started in late August, and ended in early October.

Interview
The first round consisted of a 2 1 Zoom interview that was entirely behavioral. Typical get-to-know-you-type stuff with an option for asking questions about the interviewer's groups/the firm more broadly. After advancing to the second round, there was a presentation roughly a night before the actual interview that went over every group and allowed you to narrow down which groups you wanted to join. The second round was a group interview with multiple individuals (VP/Director, Associate, and 2 Analysts) asking a range of behavioral and technical questions. The techs were quite easy and there were no valuation questions at all (i.e. 'walk me through a DCF')
