Interview
I went through a recruiter who helped push my resume through. The first interview consisted of a 30min interview with HR. All questions were fit questions (especially "why RE"). After a week, I was invited to a final round where I met with 6 people for 30min each. All of these interviews were once again fit based and questions consisted of how my background would be of benefit to the role. All of the interviewers were very nice and talkative and were generally good interviewers. It took about a week to get the offer.
Interview Questions
"Why real estate?"
(After listing some of the items I would be working on) "How can your background help you accomplish these tasks?"
"What are some of your Excel skills?"
