The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I applied online and had a preliminary phone screening interview. They asked me mostly behavioral questions and then had a few more interview rounds.
Interview Questions
The interview consisted of a case study that I wasn't exactly prepared for going in. They asked me to analyze a hypothetical hotel business. I did not know the typical metrics that one might see in the business but they were helpful and went on to explain everything. Overall the interview was not too bad but it was just that I did not have too much prior understanding of the industry beforehand. Going into the interview make sure that you try maybe one or two case studies beforehand and you should be good to go.
