Straightforward, good amount of writing required. Very enjoyable process overall and I enjoyed speaking with the hiring manager.
Interview Questions
Had to describe our passions for the initial screening. This was somewhat difficult, as we only had 800 characters to fully give our explanation. I don't know if you've ever had to explicitly write out the areas of your life in which you are passionate, but 800 characters is considerably too small. In fact, this text I'm writing is approximately 500 characters. Do you think you could describe your passions in this limited format? While it is difficult, I found the challenge rewarding and think it pushed me.
