I applied online through their website, they have a link indicting they have an analyst position open all year every year. A series of phone interviews, a model test and an onsite visit. Got to meet the whole team, there are two senior partners and one junior partner. Met with ~5 different team members but spent most of the time with the junior partner. He was very laid back and their culture seems to revolve around sports. I would advise candidates to harp on how much of a sports enthusiast they are, that will score them brownie points. Mostly fit questions as it is a smaller shop (15-20 people) but there were some technical questions thrown in for good measure.
