Given some information and then provided with a set of comps to deliver a comprehensive valuation analysis across DCF, M&A comp and public comp

Given c. two hours to build a 3 statement model and forecast revenue & bookings, and asked to give cash outputs at the end of 3 years.

Then asked a bunch of questions around what the impact on an M&A process of certain P&L and working cap items- i.e. company raised primary capital, changes payment terms, raises debt, opens US office.

Asked who might buy such a company (i.e. suggest several trade buckets and PE groups). Asked how a PE owner could take various strategies
