HR Screening wasn't anything notable, just a very general interview such as why corporate development, etc.
Analyst screening was more technical and case based, but still quite simple.

Walk me through the 3 financial statements and how they interact with each other
I am in the market to buy a used lawnmower, what things should I look at? (There are a million things i.e. check used vs new prices, check "precedent transactions" on ebay or at a Home Depot, are there garage sales around?, what are the most important things I need to know for maintenance of a sued lawnmower, etc. )
