Interview
Applied online. First round was in-person 1 on 1 interviews with senior analysts. Primarily fit questions with very basic technicals. Asked about macro issues and how to value an Red Sox. Then a writing assignment where I had to recommend a fund for a client based on specific criteria. Final round was 1 on 1 with CFO and CEO (small company). Overall the process was very laid back.
