1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Basic phone call "getting to know you" talk. Conversation was very relaxed and lasted about 20-30 minutes. The employee I spoke with referred me to a Managing principle for an interview two weeks later. Interview was pleasant and I enjoyed learning from this individual.
