The RiverHawk Group, LLC was established in March 1996 to provide merger, acquisition, divestiture and related corporate finance services tailored to the needs of companies with annual revenues of $10 Million to $100 Million. Since its founding, RiverHawk has assisted in structuring and sourcing capital to finance dozens of acquisitions and other corporate growth initiatives.

The partners at RiverHawk have built an extensive network of private equity funds, mezzanine funds and high net worth individuals focused on middle market investment opportunities. As a result of these relationships, RiverHawk is now focused primarily on the acquisition of select companies in participation with one or more investment partners.

RiverHawk typically invests in profitable manufacturing, value-added distribution, and business services companies. We prefer to invest in companies with strong management teams in place, but in some situations we will bring in qualified management on a co-investment basis.
