Please describe the interview / hiring process.

Was a very informal process, two rounds (remote), with a current analyst. Asked basic questions regarding interest in banking, understanding of the current market, as well as 3 accounting/technical questions. Took a few weeks to hear back once I had submitted a resume, and the a week in-between interviews. Was offered a few days following the second.
