Interview
The interview process was as simple as it gets. They did a straight run down of my resume, discussed fit and several general personality questions, then made a pitch of why they are different than any other program in Cleveland. Lastly, they came out and presented me with a "homework assignment". I'm sure it's still similar, but they ask you to analyze a stock and give a Buy, Sell, Hold position. ProTip: if you're looking at RMS remember Forest City has B-Shares with super voting rights ...
Interview Questions
Like I said these questions were easy. Don't over think them at all... Why is RMS the right fit for you?
How do you characterize your investment strategies? A basic answer here is fine. Also, if you don't have a strategy, pander to Erik and tell him you want to learn from someone who has done this as a career for the last 7 years.

Interview
After a 30 minute interview of purely "fit" questions, they gave an assignment to better assess your skills.
Interview Questions
The questions were all fit based, it was quite simple. I suggest just being yourself, the guys there are insanely laid back.
The assignment asked about controlling interest in stock that the family owns. They try to trick you because the B shares aren't publicly traded and those shares have a super voting right which is how the family retains control of FCE.A.
