Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process began with a phone screen followed by a Superday that consisted of 4 interviews with 2 people each. You meet with folks at the analyst to director level. The interviews are largely standard behavioral, fit, and "why banking" questions, with a few brain teasers, and 1 interview focused on technical questions that were fairly standard. As long as you have a working knowledge of valuations concepts and the three statements, you shouldn't have any issue.
