I was referred by an employee to HR. I was contacted by a VP, who was in charge of the Milwaukee recruiting process for a brief conversation about interest in the firm. He referred me to the Chicago recruiter. The Chicago recruiter set up an interview in the Boston office with a Managing Director. The first round interview was a 30 minute 1 on 1 interview with the Managing Director in the Boston Office. Following the first round, I was invited to Chicago for the final round. The final round consisted of 4 30 minute interviews with bankers ranging from Associate to Managing Director. Three days later, I was given an offer.
