Background Check
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Step 1: Campus recruiting. Go to the call out, schmooze with the bankers. Make sure to be extra obvious in your desire to work for Baird to your returning second years. MBA second years make the list of who gets a call.

Step 2: Two phone interviews. Almost entirely fit based.

Step 3: VP/Director interview. Mostly fit, some light technicals (3 statement depreciation, etc.)

Step 4: Super Day. you get dinner night before. Super Day is 4 30 minute interviews. One is fit based, one is technical (KNOW YOUR LBO MATH!), one is professional history/resume walkthrough, and the other is a catch-all.

Offer came one week after Super Day.
