Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It was a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. It started with them asking for my story and why equity research. They then went on to want to know why baird. After that simple behaviorals, it continued to having to make a stock pitch, and then answer follow up questions. At the end of the interview there were 3 very hard brain teasers. Hard interview!
