Equity Research Analyst

I was an undergraduate who applied on the corporate website. After about 2 weeks, I received an email from a current equity research analyst for an interview. Had an enjoyable phone interview with the analyst and he told me it might take a while to hear back. About a month went by before I heard back. The next step was a math/writing test. It had SAT/GMAT type math questions and an essay portion. I thought I did bad on it, but I moved on to another phone interview with the Senior Analyst at the Virginia office. She threw some odd behavioral questions, but the process was overall very pleasant and Baird seemed like a great firm to work for.
