Please describe the interview / hiring process.
My school is not a core school for Baird which means they don't come to school for recruiting. I applied on online and get a email stating want to set a 30 mins chat. I was contacted by a 2rd year analyst and he is very nice and very casual. The interview was very structured, first he want to know your story and why equity research and why sell-side( this one is hard), then he throw you a couple of brain teaser, plus the market question, finally he asked me about stock pitching.
