Equity Research Analyst

Phone screen with a current analyst, mostly behavioral/fit questions. Had an online test that was mainly focused on logic questions, with a brief writing segment. Came in for a superday, had 6 interviews with senior analysts/associates. Decent mix of fit and technical questions, some brain teasers, and a stock pitch. Then we had to retake the logic test on paper, presumably to verify our answers were legitimate the first time.
