Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online and received an initial 1st round interview with a senior analyst. Super day was less than a week later and consisted of 5 interviews with 3 senior analysts, one junior associate, and an HR person. Very behavioral/fit heavy. Need to have why Baird and why research down to a tee. Technicals consisted of a stock pitch, some valuation/accounting, brain teasers/mental math, and some questions based on coursework. Low expectations for undergrads.
