Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Very good interview process. First interview was with a current analyst. Focused on explaining the internship, learning more about the company, and why Equity Research. Main focus was to understand your reason for choosing ER, and to gauge your current intelligence of basic finance and accounting information. After initial interview, selected candidates take an analytical and writing exam. Very similar to GMAT level math. If chosen, applicants participate in a super day at headquarters.
